a. We are located in Huntington, Indiana. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Appointments are available after hours and on the weekend.
What is (NSF)?
a. NSF stands for National Sanitation Foundation and is a requirement for commercial rated equipment.
What trailer size ball does the concession trailer use?
a. The concession trailer has a 2 and 5/16” ball mounted on the tongue with a 7 way electrical connector. This connector connects your trailer lights and electric brakes.
How much does a concession trailer weigh?
The following weights are approximate and will vary with the type of equipment you have installed in your trailer:
8’ X16” weight of approximately 5500 lbs
8’ X18” weight of approximately 6000 lbs
8’ X20” weight of approximately 6500-7000 lbs
8’ X22” weight of approximately 7000 lbs
8’ X24” weight of approximately 8000 lbs
What type of vehicle will I need to pull my trailer?
a. Most full size V8 trucks can pull our trailers. Sometimes an overload assist is required and is simple to add.
Are the concession trailers on your website the only trailers that you sell?
a. No. All Concession trailers are custom built to your order. We will customize the trailer to meet your specific needs.
How do I get a quote for the trailer I am looking for?
a. The best way is to call us directly, you may also use the "contact us" and let us know what you are wanting and we can email you a quote .
How do I know what equipment I will need?
a. Tell us your needs and we will help design and lay out your trailer to maximize your profits. The more information you can provide to us the better we can assist you.
Can you help me with my health codes and regulations?
Yes, of course we will. You will need to contact your local health department who will forward to you the requirements that we will follow in order to build your trailer to meet all codes and regulations.
There are hundreds of different health codes throughout the United States. With that being said, there are standards that are consistent throughout the country. All states require: a 3-compartment sink with drain boards, hand wash sink, fresh and gray water holding tanks, hot water heater and wipe-clean light colored interior. Cooking operations will require a hood ventilation system. A fire extinguisher is required.
Do I need a generator?
a. Some festivals and event locations will provide power access but many do not. If you want to be 100% self contained the answer is yes, you will need a generator. Consider that if you were to lose power from a provided source at an event or festival, the generator would serve as a back up and prevent the loss of revenue and product.
How will I know if my trailer is big enough?
a. There never seems to be enough room. Consider your options to maximize space carefully. Remember, you can never have enough storage space.

Do you sell used trailers?
a. Yes. Please contact us for information on used trailers we have available.
Will I need to pay sales tax on my trailer?
a. We do not collect sales tax. You will be responsible for paying sales tax to your home state when you register your trailer.
Do you provide delivery for your trailers and how much will it cost?
a. You may pick your trailer up from our facility directly or have the trailer delivered to you. The cost is generally $1.80 per mile one way (subject to change due to the cost of fuel).
I have a budget, so can I order a basic trailer and finish it myself?
a. You may order as much or as little equipment for your trailer as you like.
Do you provide financing?
a. We do provide some in-house financing call us and see what we can do for you.
What do you require to place an order?
a. We require a 60% down payment with another 20% due 2 weeks later and the remaining 20% balance due upon completion of your Truck/Trailer at which time you will receive the title.
